Compare Business Banking is an independent review site for UK business bank accounts. It exists because most comparison sites read like sales pages — every account is “great for everyone” and the trade-offs are hidden in the footnotes.

How we choose which accounts to cover

We cover the six providers small UK businesses actually end up shortlisting: Tide, Starling, Monzo Business, Revolut Business, Mettle and Cashplus. Each one is reviewed as a whole — fees, features, regulatory status, and who it is and isn't a good fit for.

How we make money

We earn affiliate commissions when readers open accounts via some of our links. It doesn’t cost you anything extra, and it doesn’t influence which providers we cover or how we rank them — we include accounts we earn nothing from when they’re the right answer. If we ever take paid placements or sponsored content, we’ll label it clearly on every page it appears.
